Welcome to YOU Sauna Hitchin – your first social sauna experience! After discovering how wonderful and beneficial sauna and cold plunge sessions can be, we wanted to share this amazing feeling with everyone.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
• Sauna – Experience an authentic Nordic sauna, available just for your private group (up to 10 people) or for individual bookings.
• Cold Plunges & Waterfalls – Refresh and energize in our cold plunge pools and waterfall buckets, open to all in the shared area.
• Refreshments in our lounge area – Unwind in the cool-down rooms, which feature a mini-bar, with great choice of refreshments.
• Private Showers – Each cabin has a private indoor hot shower, with natural body wash and shampoo to cleanse and relax.
• Dedicated space for wellness classes.We can’t wait to welcome you!

Get Ready for Fun at Sauna and Plunge!
We’re so excited for your visit! Here are a few things to bring along to make the most of your experience:
A water bottle: Staying hydrated is key! (Don’t worry, we’ve got refreshments for you on-site too!)
Two towels: One for sitting on and one for drying off – comfort is important!
A padlock: Keep your belongings safe while you enjoy your time with us.
Pool flip-flops or sliders: You’ll want some comfy footwear for around the pool!
A plastic bag: Ideal for your wet clothes after a swim.
A sauna hat: We adore sauna hats! While we provide them, bringing your own can add a personal touch.
The sooner you know what to bring, the better prepared you’ll be for a relaxing and fun time. Can’t wait to see you soon!
