A short, energising session designed to refresh your body and clear your mind when time is limited.
YOU Restore | 90 minutes | £30
A slower, deeper session when you’re ready to fully switch off, relax, and unwind.
Each session is limited to 8–10 people, so the space never feels crowded or rushed, giving you the freedom to move between the sauna, plunge, and rest area at your own pace.
