How credits work

Everything at YOU Sauna runs on credits — one simple currency for every session.

1 credit = a Reset — 45 minutes of sauna and cold plunge. Perfect for a lunchtime recharge or a post-run recovery.
2 credits = a Restore — 90 minutes to slow right down. Two full hot-cold cycles, no rushing, proper rest.

Mix and match however you like. Your credits, your rhythm.
