YOU Sauna Hitchin is a sauna and cold plunge space designed for recovery, relaxation and connection. Move between heat, cold and rest at your own pace — whether you're resetting after training, unwinding after work, or sharing a slower social session with friends.

Sauna
A traditional-style sauna designed for deep heat therapy. Book privately for your group (up to 8–10 people) or join a shared session and meet like-minded locals.Cold plunge & cold shower
Refresh and reset in our cold plunge pools, or ease in with a cold shower rinse. Even short cold exposures can feel energising and help you feel more alert and refreshed.Lounge & refreshments
Take time to cool down in our lounge space. Enjoy a drink from the mini-bar, relax, chat, or simply sit quietly and let your body reset.Private hot showers
Each cabin includes a private indoor hot shower with natural body wash and shampoo so you can leave feeling refreshed and renewed.Wellness space

During your session you can move between the sauna, cold plunge and rest areas at your own pace. Many people enjoy repeating a cycle of heat, cold and rest.
You can also relax in our lounge area, where guests can unwind, socialise and enjoy refreshments between sauna rounds.

Starting a sauna routine is simple. Begin with short sessions and listen to your body.
For beginners, try 5–15 minutes in the sauna, followed by a cool-down or cold shower, then rest for a few minutes. Many people repeat this cycle two or three times during a session.
The key is consistency rather than intensity. Visiting the sauna once or twice a week is enough to start noticing the benefits, such as relaxation, improved recovery and better sleep.
Over time, many people naturally build their own rhythm of heat, cold and rest. What begins as a recovery tool often becomes a weekly ritual people genuinely look forward to — a moment to slow down, reset and reconnect with themselves. Yes, we do. If you’re looking for something more personal, you can book the space exclusively for solo sessions, date nights, small groups, special celebrations, or even team meetings. Whether you’re planning something intimate or a little outside the box, we’re open to making it happen.

It’s important to listen to your body, take breaks when needed and stay hydrated. If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or have concerns about heat or cold exposure, we recommend speaking with a healthcare professional before visiting.

Yes. Beginners are welcome to try the cold plunge, and you can go at your own pace. Many people start with short dips and gradually build up their tolerance over time.
You are always in control of how long you stay in the water, and you can simply enjoy the sauna and relaxation areas if you prefer. Listening to your body and taking it slowly is the best approach.

Sauna and cold plunge are safe for most people, but they may not be suitable for everyone. If you have certain medical conditions such as heart problems, high or low blood pressure, are pregnant, or have any concerns about heat or cold exposure, it’s best to speak with a healthcare professional before visiting.
