*Credits are deducted when you book. Your pack validity starts from your first visit, not the date you purchase it. Credits are personal and cannot be shared or transferred .Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the credits used.

We offer communal sessions for up to 8–10 people, giving everyone space to enjoy the sauna, cold plunges and lounge at their own pace.

A focused, energising session with full access to the sauna, cold plunges, showers and lounge. Perfect for post-training recovery, clearing your head or enjoying a quick reset.YOU Silent | 45 minutes
A quieter session with minimal conversation, created for switching off, resting deeply and enjoying a calmer atmosphere.YOU Women | 45 minutes
A women-only session designed to feel relaxed, welcoming and supportive, with full access to all facilities.YOU Men | 45 minutes

Less rush, more exhale. A longer session with extra time for deeper relaxation, recovery and unhurried rounds of heat, cold and rest.Selected 90-minute private sessions are also available on Tuesdays and Sundays. We may be able to adjust the time, length or arrangement upon request.

Yes. Private hire is available on Tuesdays, outside our regular shared timetable, and on Sundays, which are reserved exclusively for private bookings.
It is perfect for corporate sessions, birthdays, celebrations or simply enjoying a quieter experience with friends.

Yes! Gift vouchers are available to purchase through our booking platform, with sessions available to book from 21 September.
Your voucher will be emailed directly to the recipient and can be used towards individual sessions, credit packs and selected products at YOU Sauna Hitchin.
The recipient must use the same email address when creating or signing into their account. If their voucher does not cover the full cost, they can pay the remaining balance separately.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, cannot be used towards recurring memberships and are non-refundable.
If the voucher email does not arrive, please check your spam or junk folder.

You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 12 hours before your booking start time.
If you cancel within this notice period, your session credit will be returned to your account.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session, or missed sessions, will result in the session credit being lost.

Your pack becomes active on the date of your first booked session. Credits are deducted when you book, and you can check your remaining balance in your account at any time.
Credits are personal and cannot be shared, transferred, exchanged for cash or used by another person.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the credits used for the booking, so please cancel or reschedule within the permitted cancellation window.

That means you can secure your Founding Pack before opening without losing any of your usage time.
How long are the packs valid for?

Once you’ve purchased your Founding Pack, your credits will be added to your account. You’ll be able to use them to book your sessions through our Schedule page from 21 September.
Simply choose the session that suits you and use your available credits at checkout.

Credit borrowing is available to active Members only. It is not available with credit packs, introductory offers or drop-in purchases.
If your Membership Credit balance reaches zero, you may borrow up to 1 Credit from your next monthly Membership allocation.
The borrowed Credit will automatically be deducted from the Credits added to your account on your next Billing Date.
If your Membership is paused, cancelled or expires before the borrowed Credit is replaced, you will be charged the current drop-in price for the session booked using that Credit.

Credits belong to the named Member and cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, refunded or used to pay Membership fees.
Any unused, rolled-over or borrowed Credits will be lost when the Membership ends.

No. Founding Packs are a one-off payment and will not automatically renew.
Memberships may follow later, but you don’t need one to enjoy YOU.

Our soft launch starts on 21st September. As soon as you purchase a Founding Pack, you can head straight to our Schedule page and book your first sessions.

Yes. Founding Memberships will be introduced later, once YOU is fully up and running.
For now, our Founding Packs give you great value, plenty of flexibility and no monthly commitment.
