*Credits are deducted when you book. Credit-pack validity begins from your first visit, while membership credits refresh each billing cycle. Up to two unused membership credits can roll into the next cycle once. Credits are personal and cannot be shared or transferred. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the credits used.

We offer communal sessions for up to 8–10 people, giving everyone space to enjoy the sauna, cold plunges and lounge at their own pace.

Yes. Private hire is available on Tuesdays, outside our regular shared timetable, and on Sundays, which are reserved exclusively for private bookings.
It is perfect for corporate sessions, birthdays, celebrations or simply enjoying a quieter experience with friends.

You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 12 hours before your booking start time.
If you cancel within this notice period, your session credit will be returned to your account.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session, or missed sessions, will result in the session credit being lost.

Your Founding Membership begins as soon as you purchase it. You can use your monthly credits to book sessions at YOU Sauna straight away.

For Founding Members joining before we open, your regular monthly billing cycle will begin when your membership becomes active at launch.
Membership fees are collected automatically in advance through our booking platform on the same date each month, known as your Billing Date.
Your monthly fee remains payable whether or not you use all your sessions or Credits during that billing period, unless an approved Membership freeze is in place.

Credits make booking simple and flexible, allowing you to choose the session that suits you each time you visit.

4 credits: Four shorter sessions, two Restore sessions or a mix of both
8 credits: Eight shorter sessions, four Restore sessions or a mix of both
12 credits: Twelve shorter sessions, six Restore sessions or your own combinationYour credits are deducted when you book, not when you attend, and you can check your remaining balance in your account at any time.
For credit packs, the validity period begins when you make your first booking, not on the date you purchase the pack. Packs must be used before their stated expiry date.
Membership credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle. Up to two unused membership credits can roll into the following cycle once, but rolled credits cannot continue rolling over month after month.
Credits are personal and cannot be shared, transferred, exchanged for cash or used by another person.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the credits used for the booking, so please cancel or reschedule within the permitted cancellation window.

Yes. You can roll over up to two unused membership credits into your next billing month.
Rolled-over credits can only be carried forward once. They must be used during the following billing month or they will expire.
For example, if you have two credits remaining at the end of July, they will roll into August. You must use them before the end of your August billing cycle.
Any unused credits above the two-credit rollover limit will expire when your monthly credits refresh.
Unused credits will also expire when your membership ends.

Credit borrowing is available to active Members only. It is not available with credit packs, introductory offers or drop-in purchases.
If your Membership Credit balance reaches zero, you may borrow up to 1 Credit from your next monthly Membership allocation.
The borrowed Credit will automatically be deducted from the Credits added to your account on your next Billing Date.
If your Membership is paused, cancelled or expires before the borrowed Credit is replaced, you will be charged the current drop-in price for the session booked using that Credit.

This option is available to active Members only.
During the final 5 days before your Billing Date, you may book future sessions using Credits from your upcoming monthly Membership allocation.
Any Credits used in advance will be deducted automatically from the new Credits added to your account on your next Billing Date.
This option is not available for credit packs, introductory offers or drop-in purchases.

Credits belong to the named Member and cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, refunded or used to pay Membership fees.
Any unused, rolled-over or borrowed Credits will be lost when the Membership ends.
Managing Your Membership

To cancel, please email info@yousaunahitchin.co.uk and give at least one calendar month's written notice. Your Membership will end on the first Billing Date that falls at least one calendar month after we confirm receipt of your cancellation request.
We cannot accept verbal cancellations. We will aim to confirm your cancellation request within two business days.

You may request a temporary Membership freeze by emailing us.
Freezes are:
subject to management approval;
available for a minimum of one calendar month;
limited to a maximum of two calendar months within any rolling 12-month period.
We will always consider genuine circumstances, including serious illness, injury or bereavement, with care and understanding.
